We recommend that you arrange for maintenance at least twice each year - once in the spring before you turn your AC on and again in the fall before you turn the heat on. When you call for seasonal HVAC system maintenance, here's what you can expect:
- Spring maintenance: We'll check all parts of your AC unit, including freon levels, blower motor, coils, electrical components and thermostat. We can replace filters for an additional charge.
